What does the platform offer We are looking for engineers passionate about creating a cutting‑edge, scalable e‑commerce experience. Responsibilities Reimagine and create an innovative, seamless shopping experience that positively impacts our members' lives. Tackle a high‑impact & high‑pace project involving many stakeholders. Design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly. Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of the e‑commerce platform. Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery. Full‑stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a specialisation in backend development. Member‑facing product expertise – you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object‑Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. A collaborative, team‑first mindset – you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team dynamic. Clear progression in your career – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Humble and willing to grow. Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
