As a MYBA member , we work daily with the world’s leading charter yachts and brokers; from week-long Mediterranean escapes to the most exclusive global charters.We’re now seeking a Yacht Charter Broker (Retail) to join our small, dynamic team. This role suits someone ambitious and commercially minded, who enjoys building relationships but also thrives on achieving measurable results.About the RoleYou’ll manage inbound and returning client enquiries, matching clients with yachts, preparing professional proposals, and guiding each booking from enquiry through to contract and beyond. 212 Yachts offers a rare advantage: a consistent flow of qualified leads from our high-performing website; but it’s up to you to convert them.You’ll need to be proactive, fast-moving, and results-focused. This is a sales role, and success will be measured by the quality of your communication and the contracts you close.Handle incoming charter enquiries and qualify client requirements quickly and accuratelyResearch, prepare, and send tailored yacht proposals with clear follow-up strategiesNegotiate and close charters in coordination with owners, captains, and central agentsMaintain client data and deal progress within internal systemsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business Proactively make regular outbound phone calls to clients, warm leads, and past enquiries; maintaining strong personal communication to convert opportunities and build long-term relationshipsContribute to smooth team operations, assisting in key office or marketing tasks during quieter periodsAbout YouWe are looking for a Yacht Charter Broker who is:Confident communicator in English (French a strong advantage, but not a requirement)Highly motivated to meet and exceed targetsProfessional, client-focused, and able to manage time effectivelyIdeally 1–3 years’ experience in yacht brokerage, luxury travel sales, or client servicesKnows how to sell, and how to succeed in a business and office settingIndependent thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office and other common systemsMust have an EU passport or existing rights to work within the European UnionWhat We OfferA base of qualified internet leads; an advantage few brokerages provideIn-depth training, ongoing mentorship, and direct access to managementCompetitive base salary depending on experience, with commission structure rewarding resultsOpportunity for long-term growth and profit share once performance is provenSupportive, professional environment based in Antibes, with flexibility once settledHow to ApplyFor experienced professionals in yacht brokerage or charter management, only, please apply directly to jenny@212-yachts.com .For applicants newer to yachting or without direct industry experience, please send your application to apply@212-yachts.com (for these applicants you must have strong sales experience and a business background) #J-18808-Ljbffr
