As a Team Lead within the Fraud Operations team, during your shift you will manage a team of Fraud Experts who manually verify the identities of our clients’ users from our offices in Paris. You will also have an indirect supervisory role over a second team based in Romania. Your Main Responsibilities Include Monitor the team’s performance indicators (processing time, pending volumes, etc.) Be proactive in handling unexpected situations (managing activity peaks, adjusting schedules, liaising with the technical team, etc.) Ensure compliance with service rules, including operational processes as well as the security and compliance measures related to remote identity verification Lead workshops and meetings to foster team spirit and share knowledge and information Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members Work Environment A pleasant and dynamic workplace with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will receive training in document fraud detection, allowing you to become an expert in identity and biometric fraud, while gaining awareness of security and GDPR issues.
