Role We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator – Apprenticeship (M1 or M2 only) to join our European team in Paris, France. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Europe, the successful candidate will work closely with the global marketing and regional sales teams to help implement our marketing plans in France and the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for driven Master’s students looking to gain hands‑on experience in a global and ambitious company. The role is based on an apprenticeship rhythm of 1 week at school / 3 weeks in the company. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing: Improve lead nurturing by designing and implementing email campaigns in Europe using HubSpot. Events: Assist with event planning and execution, including pre‑ and post‑event marketing activities and logistics coordination for tradeshows, webinars, partner and owned events. SEO and Content Production: Produce compelling content for prospects and customers, translate existing articles into French, and increase website traffic. Website: Support the management and update of our French and UK websites to ensure a clear value proposition and improved user experience. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the central team to enhance online advertising performance across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. Social Media: Manage French social media accounts, create and schedule content, and grow online communities. Product Marketing: Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Reporting: Analyze marketing KPIs, provide comprehensive reports, and identify areas for improvement. Data Sourcing: Scrape data and create databases to discover new contacts. Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a marketing or digital marketing program (M1 or M2). Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing (internship or work‑study program). Native French speaker with perfect writing and communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus. Personal Attributes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Creativity and innovation. Ability to take initiative. Strong analytical skills.
