Fournir aux constructeurs automobiles des équipements et des solutions de pointe pour développer la voiture propre et connectée de demain.As part of the Europe Purchasing team, your missions and activitier include the following:Activity 1 : Manage a team of project buyersHierarchical Management: take in charge the appraisal and training for his/her teamProvide guidance, support, and coaching at group level. Propose development plans according to project buyer needs, Intensify coaching and development of less senior buyers Provide guidance on product and purchasing process issuesEnsure smooth transitions in people moves and promote team members development and evolutionMonitor workload and buyer performance and work with manager to balance workload within the groupActivity 2 : Sourcing ProcessEstablishes the supplier short list with project buyers for the project with commodity and project team – ensures group has knowledge of linkage to commodity strategy and the knowledge is transferred and understood by CCNegotiates according to the project’s quality, cost and deadlineProposes and compares alternative solutionsAddresses the sourcing recommendation to the Sourcing Board. Validates and consolidates at group level the sourcing proposalsActivity 3 : Ordering and payment:Manages purchase request and purchase order related to projectFollows payment schedule to suppliersActivity 4 : Coordination & trackingIdentifies project risks and opportunities, plans activity, and coordinates internally and externally, and tracks them to final realizationIn case of critical topic related to supplier and QCT, he leads associate task force, and escalates to commodity team and managementActivity 5 : Supplier quality & nonevent launch:Attends POMs events as required and ensures POMs processes and mind-set and part of the group coaching processImplements Tier 2 readiness process with objective of non-event launch related to suppliersActivity 6 : Project Management :Functional lead for the extended team activity for group projectsLeads critical topics for own project and supports buyers on their critical topicsEnsures manager is aware of critical issuesActivity 7 : Budget management:Validates project budget and guides buyers on budget process and follow-upProposes adjustments and modifications linked to perimeter evolutionInsures the follow up of hour’s budget of projects at group level and alerts in case of gapRegularly reports status to budget to managerActivity 8 : Continuous Improvements:Participates to continuous improvements for job, organizations and methodologyAt the end of the project, participates to the closure of project and gives feedback regarding best practice and difficulties – coordinates this feedback with project buyer team to commodity and other stakeholders (SQDE and CDE)The requirements for the position include the following:Personal BackgroundBachelor of Engineering or Science or Business School with purchasing speciality10 years of experience in the field of project purchasingJob Technical skillsTechnical negotiationsFinance & cash managementLogistics (consignment, incoterms)Crisis ManagementKnowledge of project management in automotive businessJob Soft skillsFluent in English, any additional level is a plusTeam playerRigor & result orientedGood communication abilityLeadershipMulti task abilitiesCustomer orientedFlexibility and stress resistanceRegular TravelEn tant qu’employeur responsable, OPmobility est attentif à la diversité et à la mixité de ses équipes.
