Strategy and Delivery Manager

The role We are seeking a Project Manager to join ICC’s Transformation Office and lead strategic initiatives that drive organisational change, improve operational efficiency, and support digital and business growth. You will manage projects across process optimisation, technology adoption, and revenue-enhancing initiatives, ensuring ICC remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving global environment. Your responsibilities will include: Project management Plan, execute, and manage transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Develop business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular progress reports. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Operational excellence Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and implement optimised processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Document processes, roles, and responsibilities for clarity and sustainability. Establish frameworks for continuous improvement and performance monitoring. Digital transformation Support initiatives to digitise and automate processes. Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements and implement scalable solutions. Contribute to change management strategies to ensure adoption of new tools and practices. Product and revenue growth Manage projects aimed at developing new products, services, or digital solutions that enhance ICC’s value proposition. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through innovation, partnerships, and improved customer experience. Work closely with business units to align growth initiatives with ICC’s strategic objectives. Requirements We would love to hear from you if you: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Have six to eight years of experience in project management, ideally in transformation, operational improvement, or business growth. Are able to manage multiple projects and work in a multicultural environment; Possess strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail; Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Are ideally familiar with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma); Experience with digital tools, automation technologies, or product development is an advantage.
