Teleperformance Spain - French Marketing Campaign SpecialistTeleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.What you will do :You will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, offering a chance to significantly impact their business. This target-driven environment requires working towards individual targets and being part of a larger onboarding team.Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability.Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.Requirements :BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (native level) and English.Good time management and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills.Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership.Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Benefits :Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonuses.Hybrid working model in Barcelona.Referral program: Bring a Friend and earn up to €2,000 depending on the language/project.Relocation package including accommodation in a private studio.Support with private health insurance.Three weeks of intensive training on products and sales techniques.Excellent work environment with social activities and personal development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
