You have a successful track record in defining and implementing Health and Safety strategies within industrial activities in matrix organisations at an international level.
Your strong communication, persuasive abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills enable you to influence and drive changes across all levels in your work.
The roleReporting to our QHSE & Sustainability Director for Europe, the Head of HSE works for Suntory Beverage and Food Europe and manages his/her/them team in Europe (which includes EHS Managers and Health & Safety Champions) while ensuring a holistic approach to EHS.
He/she/them will define the HSE strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Europe.
The role includes managing the Group Health and Safety policy for Europe, defining standards (processes, rules, etc.), ensuring their application across the organisation, and carefully defining and monitoring KPIs while providing effective reporting to senior management for Health and Safety.
Furthermore, he/she/them will manage the HSE risk analysis in collaboration with relevant teams, identifying and evaluating risks faced, implementing controls and improvement plans to effectively manage these risks, and managing relative reporting.
He/she/them will lead the HSE transformation, which includes developing a strong safety culture and coordinating with local teams to ensure consistent and effective safety practices.
As a good leader, he/she/them will work closely with the HSE team stakeholders across the markets/sites and the entire organisation to drive transformation, including HSE strategic projects.
Skills and Experience- Approximately 15 years of experience with strong operational experience within an FMCG environment.
- Languages: English is mandatory; French is a plus.
The role requires regular travel around Europe (60%).
