Il est organisé en plusieurs pôles : Bureaux, Retail, Logistique, Hôtels, VEFA, Résidentiel et Analystes.Nos consultants, présents à Paris et Lyon, accompagnent leurs clients et apportent leur savoir-faire à toutes les étapes de la transaction : de l’id**entification d’opportunités d’investissement**, à la **signature de la transaction** en passant par la réalisation des pitchs, la stratégie d’arbitrage, la commercialisation des actifs, ou encore la réalisation des due diligences.Ils travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les analystes en investissement qui les accompagnent dans **l'ensemble des étapes d'un projet en particulier sur les aspects analytiques et marketing de projet.****Missions**Rattaché(e) au pôle analystes Regions, qui gère particulièrement les opportunités de vente d’actifs de bureaux en régions et d’actifs logistiques et industriels, vous accompagnerez les consultants sur des missions variées telles que :* **Rédiger des documents commerciaux** : propositions de services, mémorandums de vente,* **Visite immeubles, participation aux pitchs,*** **Analyser les actifs** mis en vente : calculs de rentabilité, valorisations (cash flows et capitalisation), analyses SWOT…,* **Réaliser des études de marché** ad hoc pour nos clients investisseurs,* **Analyser et synthétiser** des documents juridiques, techniques et financiers,* **Accompagner les acquéreurs potentiels** lors du processus de vente en répondant à toutes leurs questions.* Formation Bac+5 : ESC, master spécialisation immobilier ou finance* Fortes compétences analytiques* Excellente aisance relationnelle* Esprit d’initiative et goût pour le travail en équipe* Organisation, rigueur, autonomie, sens des responsabilités* Maîtrise de l’anglais* Curiosité* Rigueur* Sens du contact* Esprit d’équipe#LI-AP1**Location:**On-site –Lyon, FRAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
