We are present in more than 70,000 business locations and give the entire organisation, from c-suite to frontline, CX and insights teams the tools they need to bring value to the company and the customer.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding needs and defining the product solutionGather and analyze needs expressed by clients and those conveyed by customer‑facing internal teams.Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to define a solution aligned with SaaS standards while addressing the specific challenges of strategic clients.Feature team coordinationPlan the feature team backlog at the start of each quarter and define quarterly objectives.Prioritize tasks based on business value, dependencies, and team capacity.Animate the feature team daily, ensuring smooth and effective communication.Delivery follow‑up & CommunicationSupervise the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities.Perform functional testing before production to ensure the quality of deliverables.Monitor progress and ensure on‑time delivery.Communicate product updates to internal teams to promote understanding and client adoption.Desired Education & ExperienceMaster’s degree (Bac +5), ideally from an engineering school or equivalent.Proven experience leading product teams on web or SaaS solutions.Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.Strong technological curiosity and interest in innovative environments.Fluent in French and excellent skills in English, both spoken and written, in a daily work context.Ability to structure, prioritize, and monitor delivery in a fast‑paced environment.Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Other requirementsFlexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast‑paced, commercially oriented technology company.Highly responsive and service‑oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment, and action‑driven.Hands‑on project management experience, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.Ability to maintain strong working relationships.Collaborative team player combined with the ability to work independently.Sound and practical business judgment.Passion for making a difference, interested in our ability to have a social impact in the world of retail.What Goodays offers youA front‑row seat with a company that is changing the way multiple industries do business, thanks to a best‑in‑class product and exponential growth.A great and diverse team of professionals who are talented, fun, supportive, open, communicative, and who you can learn from and share with.Fun and challenging working environment with significant opportunities for career growth and development.An international environmentAttractive salary package including excellent pension, health insurance, and life insurance.Open and inclusive working environment, including flexible hours and parent‑friendly options. #J-18808-Ljbffr
