Valenciennes Nord FranceCDI42k-45kPostulerDescription du posteRattaché(e) au Responsable Méthodes, vous êtes un véritable point central au sein du service, garant(e) de la coordination, de la planification et du pilotage des projets Méthodes.Votre rôle est d’assurer une vision claire et structurée de l’ensemble des projets, en lien étroit avec les différents acteurs de l’industrialisation.MissionsVous mettez en place une architecture de recueil des besoins et de suivi des projets Méthodes.Vous accompagnez les projets en compilant les besoins humains et matériels nécessaires à leur réalisation.Vous définissez, en lien avec le Responsable Méthodes, une planification des ressources adaptée aux priorités, à la charge et à la capacité des équipes.Vous réalisez le reporting hebdomadaire des projets en recueillant les informations clés auprès des porteurs de projets et en assurant le suivi de l’avancement.Vous analysez la charge/capacité du périmètre Méthodes et évaluez la performance de l’activité projets à l’aide d’indicateurs et d’outils de suivi visuels (courbes, tableaux de bord).Vous participez à la mise en œuvre des projets d’évolution organisationnelle du périmètre.Vous apportez un support opérationnel aux pilotes d’industrialisation dans le cadre de leurs activités quotidiennes.Vous réalisez des audits internes liés aux processus d’industrialisation et validez les plans de contrôle associés.Vous assurez ponctuellement le rôle de backup du Responsable Méthodes lors de ses absences (hors management direct des équipes).ProfilVous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 et vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) dans un environnement industriel, avec une première expertise en méthodes et en industrialisation.Vous avez une bonne connaissance des process et des plans de contrôle, ainsi qu’une expérience dans le pilotage de projets industriels.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d’analyse, votre rigueur, vos qualités de communication et d’organisation.Vous savez fédérer autour de vous, relever les défis et tenir vos engagements dans un environnement technique et exigeant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
