We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
