C est pourquoi nous offrons la possibilité à nos collaborateurs de télétravailler (selon les conditions de l’accord en vigueur).Nous recrutons un Quality Software Engineer expérimenté pour le siège de Templemars (59).Ce poste est intégré au squad « Sell » : c est la transaction donc panier, paiement, livraison, etc.ResponsibilitiesLivraison : Pilotage et collaboration avec les autres membres du squad pour développer des logiciels répondant aux besoins produits et métiers, tout en atteignant les objectifs de l’équipe.Soutien aux pairs : Encadrement et développement des autres ingénieur·e·s à travers du coaching, du mentorat et des opportunités de montée en compétences. Par exemple : animation de revues de code, retours constructifs et garantie du respect des standards de qualité.Excellence technique : Incarnation des meilleures pratiques d’ingénierie, identification continue des axes d’amélioration, et mise en œuvre d’actions pour en maximiser l’impact.Partage de connaissances : Maîtrise approfondie des systèmes sous responsabilité et encouragement actif à la diffusion des savoirs au sein de l’équipe.Recrutement et fidélisation : Contribution aux besoins en recrutement de la communauté tech, participation aux entretiens, évaluation des candidat·e·s et gestion de l’onboarding des nouvelles recrues.Autogestion : Pilotage de son propre développement professionnel, veille technologique continue et intégration pertinente de nouvelles technologies.Compétences et expérienceExpérience significative dans l’utilisation de Jira/Xray et Cypress en environnement professionnel.Capacité à concevoir des solutions robustes et à produire un code de haute qualité dans plusieurs langages ou frameworks.Solide compréhension des concepts techniques et aptitude à les relier aux enjeux business.Compétences avancées en résolution de problèmes et capacité à guider l’implémentation de solutions complexes.Excellente communication écrite et orale, avec une aptitude à vulgariser des sujets techniques auprès de publics variés.Maîtrise de l’identification et de la formalisation des exigences non fonctionnelles pour les produits et services.Connaissance approfondie des principes, pratiques et modèles de l’ingénierie logicielle et de la qualité.Esprit d’initiative affirmé, goût pour l’expérimentation et la pensée innovante.Capacité à évoluer avec autonomie, responsabilisation et proactivité.Seniority levelSeniorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign and Information TechnologyIndustriesRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
