ContexteLeading REIT specialized in the development of healthcare and social care assetsManagement of a large portfolio of buildings across EuropeÀ propos de notre clientImportant REIT specialized in the development and management of real estate assets in the hospital and healthcare sectors. A company in full expansion phase with a high volume of projects to be developed both nationally and internationally.DescriptionEnsure the optimal preservation of the buildings within the company's portfolio (both nationally and internationally).Coordinate with operators to establish maintenance plans for the assets and ensure their implementation at preventive, corrective, and technical-legal levels.Negotiate with the center's management and the maintenance manager the most efficient CAPEX budgets to be executed.Supervise periodic technical due diligences of the buildings under management, assessing their condition and proposing improvements.Develop an energy efficiency plan for the portfolio's buildings and manage their energy certifications.Report regularly to management on the condition of the buildings and the measures to be implemented for their continuous improvement.Implement improvements in the company's CMMS and ensure that all necessary information for each asset is properly entered.Profil recherchéIndustrial Engineering degree or similar.Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Facility Manager for tertiary sector buildings (offices, hotels, shopping centers, etc.). Experience in asset-holding companies (REITs, hotel groups, family offices, etc.) is a plus.Experience in maintenance management within the healthcare or hospital sector is highly valued.International experience is a strong asset.Solid knowledge of building maintenance management.Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week.Minimum C1 level of English; French and spanish are a plus.Residence in or willingness to relocate to Barcelona.We are looking for an organized, proactive, and efficient individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust.Conditions et AvantagesJoin a leading company in the sector undergoing rapid growth and international expansion.Manage a portfolio of buildings across Europe.Attractive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
