Motion Designer

About the role We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our marketing team and create high-performing motion content for paid advertising, social media, and influencer campaigns. Your work will directly impact our user acquisition and brand visibility. What you’ll do Create motion graphics and short-form videos for paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns. Demonstrate strong storytelling, pacing, composition, and design fundamentals in every piece of motion work. Develop expressive transitions, typography, VFX, UI animations, and compositing sequences. Work with UGC: edit, clean up, reframe, add narrative, and make it perform. Adapt concepts into multiple ad formats (Meta/TikTok/YouTube). Test ideas fast, iterate fast, and help us scale what works. Keep an eye on trends and bring new formats to the table. What we expect 2+ years of motion design experience in marketing, performance, or digital brands. A strong portfolio showcasing confident motion skills and solid static design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy Expert skills in After Effects and/or other motion design tools. Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Suno, etc.). Experience working with Figma Strong skills in UGC editing and short-form storytelling. Solid 2D animation and sound integration. Ability to work independently and deliver fast. Bonus: experience in health/beauty/fitness. Plus: basic or experimental 3D skills.
