Estreem – Company background Estreem is a fintech launched in February 2025 as a strategic partnership between BNP Paribas and BPCE. Its ambition is to become the first sovereign payment processor in France, operating at European scale. Estreem covers the entire value chain of payment card processing, from software edition to operational management, backed by a cloud infrastructure. Job – Architecte Cloud (H/F) Location: Paris – Bercy Village. Contract: CDI. Teletravail: up to 10 days per month, max 3 days per week. Level: Mid‑Senior. Type: Full‑time. Responsibilities Design resilient, scalable SRE infrastructures, focusing on performance, security, and reliability. Assess business needs and technical constraints to select appropriate SRE solutions, considering failure scenarios, performance requirements, and security needs. Strategy of observability: design observability stack architecture (Logs, Metrics, Traces), define code instrumentation standards, and monitoring patterns. Propose intelligent alert algorithms to detect anomalies proactively, minimizing false positives and maximizing alert relevance. Guarantee application and standardization of IaC, GitOps, CI/CD concepts. Ensure interoperability and security level of solutions in cohesion with SRE, solution, and data architects. Maintain IT resilience and continuity strategy to provide SLA and RTO/RPO in line with business needs. Catalog of patterns: animate the architects community to consolidate, maintain, and promote a central catalog of validated architecture patterns. Global consistency: ensure consistency of technology choices between software, infra, and security teams. Strategic documentation: write HLD and DAT for transversals and maintain a global SI cartography. Primary interface: act as main contact for software and solution architects and board committee to present vision, risks, and evolution trajectories. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in development, operations, and architecture. Significant experience in complex technical environments, including design and implementation of enterprise architectures. Mixed background (development, infra, security, cloud) allowing a global view of technology challenges. Key Competences Required Technical: solid mastery in software development, infrastructure, security, and cloud environments. Cloud computing: good knowledge of major cloud environments, notably IBM Cloud, GCP, and Red Hat OpenShift. Enterprise architecture: ability to design, model, and map complex systems. Personal: leadership, strong synthesis and communication capacity, diplomatic sense, long‑term strategic vision. Language Profile French: C2. English: B2‑C1. Profile – Mindset and Value Mindset oriented towards product/service: impact, user‑final focus, continuous improvement. Capable of taking a step back, challenging technical choices, and engaging in a logic of continuous improvement. Position Characteristics Location: Paris – Bercy Village.
