Payroll Implementation Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Payroll Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you will lead a series of country projects aimed at enhancing the payroll program over a two-year temporary contract. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conformant project delivery, driving significant business value. Your expertise will be crucial for creating streamlined processes and fostering effective cross-border communication. Accountabilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties for end-to-end project delivery Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans and risk management matrix Develop timelines against project scopes and objectives with stakeholder involvement Ensure resource availability and allocation across all stakeholders Measure and report project performance Manage relationships with program stakeholders for successful implementation Partner with Workstream Leads to ensure consistent project delivery across geographies Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred 6+ years’ experience with payroll processes and transformation Experience in payroll project management across multiple geographies Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information Ability to work independently as well as in a team Excellent relationship-building skills across functions Goal-driven, accountable, with significant attention to detail Knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries Experience with project management or transformation ficiency in Microsoft tools and multiple payroll vendor systems Familiarity with HCM systems, preferably Workday Fluent in English, with an additional European language preferred Flexibility in working hours to cover global timezones Benefits Opportunity to lead impactful projects with global reach Flexible working environment Collaboration with teams from multiple geographies Professional development opportunities Exposure to various payroll systems and processes Why Apply Through Jobgether?
