Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently expanding to Germany.What you’ll doAs a Senior Consultant, Product Manager, you will drive the strategic design and execution of digital products for our clients, acting as a key interface between business goals, user needs, and delivery teams. Your role blends product leadership with organizational design, helping clients not only build the right product but also set up the right teams to deliver it.You’ll be responsible for:Leading product engagements from discovery to delivery, structuring workstreams and aligning business, tech, and design stakeholders.Shaping product visions and defining roadmaps that deliver business impact and customer value.Designing and implementing team structures (e.g., squads, tribes, impact teams) tailored to client maturity and context.Supporting clients in setting product OKRs, defining team missions, and aligning incentives with product strategy.Facilitating workshops and framing complex problems into actionable product hypotheses.Coaching internal and client teams on product ways of working: agile rituals, lean experimentation, backlog management.Contributing to internal knowledge building around modern product organizations and transformation models.We’re looking for a hybrid strategist-builder, someone who understands the rigour of consulting and the realities of digital product delivery.
