Supervizor is a revolutionary fintech company that leverages machine learning technology to enable businesses to analyze their accounting data. Our mission is to transform auditing by automating the controls of accounting and operational data, facilitating the quick detection of errors and fraud. Currently in a growth phase, we are preparing to expand internationally, starting with the United States.As a Product Owner within the "Design" team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of solutions ensuring our product functions properly.You will be responsible for the entire production cycle of our solutions, including:Writing and analyzing requirements documentsWriting and analyzing functional and technical specificationsTesting developments and validating resultsSoftware rolloutYou will work closely with developers to build our solutions.Role Objectives :Phase 1 (0-1 month): Onboarding & Understanding SupervizorIntegration process guided by an experienced Product OwnerTraining on Supervizor usageLearning about business challenges (audit & internal control)Phase 2 (1-6 months): Strengthening Software Design SkillsStudying requirements documentsWriting and analyzing technical & functional specificationsHandling basic design tasksUnderstanding Supervizor's databasesParticipating in internal development meetingsManaging more complex design topics independentlyLeading and contributing to application development meetingsCandidate Profile:Must-HavesEducation: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant field.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (SaaS B2B).Technical Skills: Knowledge of data models and data analysis tools.Analytical Skills: Ability to understand, interpret, and model complex data to derive actionable insights.Project Management: Experience managing projects in an Agile environment, with proficiency in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar tools.Personal Qualities: Creativity, rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team while demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.Nice-to-havesDual expertise in Information Systems / Management - Accounting / Compliance.Database skills (especially in SQL) would be a plus.Why Join Supervizor?We recently raised €20 million to accelerate our expansion in the United States.
