Since our creation 2 years ago, we have:Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint CapitalBeen incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)We're looking for an experienced VP Engineering to scale our engineering organization and establish the systems needed to deliver predictably as we grow.What will you doBuild and scale a high-performing engineering organisation while maintaining velocityEstablish processes and systems that enable predictable delivery without sacrificing speedDefine clear interfaces between engineering and other functions (Product, Sales, Customer Success)Develop engineering managers and create clear career paths for the teamOwn technical standards, delivery practices, and operational excellencePartner with the CTO on technical strategy while owning day-to-day executionManage BYOC deployments and enterprise customer requirements while maintaining continuous deployment cadenceWho you areYou have:Significant engineering leadership experience with a track record of scaling teams through Series-B growth stagesA concrete system you've implemented before for predictable delivery - not theory, but something you've actually deployed and measuredStrong business acumen: you understand customer needs, revenue implications, and how engineering decisions impact the businessTrack record of building engineering management layers and developing technical leadersExperience balancing rapid iteration with enterprise stability requirementsExtreme ownership: you make autonomous decisions with data, then execute without needing constant validationCustomer-centric mindset with a bias toward shipping and iterationBonus points for:Experience with AI/LLM-based products or infrastructureBackground in cybersecurity or highly regulated environmentsExperience managing enterprise deployments in BYOC or multi-tenant environmentsStrong architecture skillsWhy join usWork on cutting-edge AI applied to a critical domain (cybersecurity)Shape the engineering culture and systems of a fast-growing startupSignificant equity stake with real upside potentialHigh autonomy and direct impact on company trajectoryParis-based with flexible remote workHiring processIntro CallHiring Manager InterviewCase StudyCulture Fit #J-18808-Ljbffr
