It accommodates various patient types:Patients requiring full-time hospitalization following orthopedic surgery, medical stays, or from their homes.Patients in outpatient care (Day Hospital) for ongoing treatment and rehabilitation several times a week.Integrated within a dynamic Medical Center, the Clinic is complemented on the same site by essential services:An important Medical Technical Care Unit (SMTI) dedicated to elderly care, known as the Clinique de l'Ill.A medicalized retirement home (EHPAD), the Maison de Retraite de l'Aar, providing a suitable living environment for residents.Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager, Care Manager, or IDEC, your main responsibilities will include:Providing rehabilitation and recovery care (establishing therapeutic diagnosis, goals, and care plans).Maintaining functional abilities.Managing relationships with families and/or patients, liaising with physicians.Performing clinical assessments specific to the field (interview/examination, information gathering, synthesis, reporting).Developing care projects and treatment plans.Participating in the facility's projects (quality approach).Applicants must hold a State Diploma in Masseur-Kinésithérapie and have some experience in SSR.Methodical, team-oriented, and attentive, you are encouraged to apply if you possess these qualities.What we offer:This position is mainly based in the HDJ but also involves interventions in the HC of Clinique du RIED. #J-18808-Ljbffr
