As an Applied Psychologist, you’ll design experiences, not lessons, to craft learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human. Responsibilities Own the full learning system architecture backed by science, from design to execution. Design journeys and scripts that engage both heart and brain, using protocols, adaptive loops, and AI personalization. Lead end‑to‑end course design, from strategy to copywriting to educational asset creation. Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics. Write and optimize AI conversations, refine prompt chains, and build AI agents that enhance the student journey. Analyze, measure, and iterate for transformation and stickiness, defining KPIs of transformation. Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks. Qualifications 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education). Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types. Portfolio of one or more cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs. Craft‑obsessed with a bias for outcomes and a doer mentality. Strong editorial and aesthetic sensibility, with high‑quality writing skills. User and impact‑obsessed with a focus on transformation. Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI agents or demonstrate learning to apply them. Languages French: native English: fluent, with the ability to hold a conversation on specific details.
