In 2024, our AI-powered support tools reduced response times by 60% while improving member satisfaction scores.What you\'ll build and who you\'ll work withSupport tools & systems: Sophisticated platforms that empower our support team to deliver exceptional member experiencesOperational solutions: Systems that combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of support workflows and member needsAutomated support workflows: AI-driven automation that handles routine tasks, letting our support team focus on complex member needs and relationship buildingRoleYou\'ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You\'re the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
