Vous aurez un rôle essentiel dans la modération de contenus publiés sur les réseaux sociaux, afin de garantir un environnement en ligne sûr, respectueux et conforme aux standards de la communauté. Ce poste est idéal pour des personnes francophones passionnées par le digital, souhaitant développer leur carrière dans un contexte international, avec un emploi stable et logement fourni. Vos missions principales Examiner et modérer du contenu généré par les utilisateurs sur les réseaux sociaux en français et en anglais. Assurer le respect des politiques internes, des standards de la communauté et des réglementations locales. Identifier et signaler tout contenu sensible, nuisible ou inapproprié. Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité, de rapidité et de précision. Contribuer à rendre les plateformes sociales plus sûres et agréables pour tous les utilisateurs. Profil recherché Français courant (C1+) et anglais (B2+), à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Intérêt pour les réseaux sociaux et la communication digitale. Capacité à gérer des contenus sensibles avec discrétion et professionnalisme. Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires rotatifs. Résilience, adaptabilité et esprit d’équipe dans un environnement multiculturel. Une expérience en modération de contenu, support client ou poste lié au digital est un plus. Volonté de s’installer à Lisbonne (logement inclus). Ce que nous offrons Salaire compétitif : 1.000 /mois (x14) + 100 /mois (x11). Hébergement gratuit fourni par l’entreprise à Lisbonne.
