Know more about us : https : / / corporate.jd.com /Responsibility :Category Management : Lead purchasing and sales activities for the FMCG category, which may include one or more of the following : Beauty, Personal Care, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverages, Household & Laundry, Pets, Toys, or Baby products.Performance Ownership : Drive gross profit margin (GPM) and gross merchandise value (GMV) for assigned categories. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Sales Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.Procurement Negotiations : Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance.Product Selection : Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios.Resource Coordination : Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support.Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze sales and procurement data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance gross profit margins.Requirements :Experience : At least 8 years of e-commerce experience in FMCG categories.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of FMCG categories with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.Network : Established relationships within the FMCG network in France or Germany.Skills : Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
