YOUR ROLE As a key member of the CEO Office, the Business Analyst closely supports and assists the Chief of Staff on all topics, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between CEVA Logistics and the CMA CGM CEO Office. The role involves consolidating strategic information, actively supporting executive decision making, and driving key initiatives alongside the Chief of Staff to ensure full alignment with the Group’s priorities in a dynamic, international environment. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? Act as the primary liaison between CEVA Logistics and the CMA CGM CEO Office, ensuring smooth and reliable information flow. Collect, analyze, and synthesize key strategic data to support decision-making Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive materials for meetings and reviews. Coordinate and monitor priority projects, ensuring progress tracking and follow‑up. Organize and manage the preparation of Management Meetings, including agendas and action plans Oversee the logistics and preparation of the CEO's business trips and field visits Develop internal communication materials and key messages in collaboration with the Communication department. Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects and Ad Hoc initiatives WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ? Top‑tier business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree (minimum Bac+5) 3–5 years ideally in: - Strategy or transformation consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, etc.), - Or as a PM / Business Analyst in a large corporation. Fluency in English is essential (written and verbal) Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally Notion. Analytical mindset and results oriented approach. Intellectual curiosity and interest in global business topics. Ability to work in a demanding and international environment.
