These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades.We are seeking a Program Lead to drive the future of our Family & Young Guests marketing program at Burger King across International Markets (EMEA, LAC, APAC). This high-impact role will lead the development and sourcing of strategic agreements with licensing partners, marketing agencies, and toy & merchandise suppliers.As a core pillar of Burger King's marketing and sales activation strategy, this program plays a critical role in driving brand growth and engagement with younger audiences.This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to convert into a full-time role. The position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, Burger King, International, and is accountable to the Procurement Director for key deliverables.Responsibilities:Lead global sourcing strategy for toys and merchandise across 100+ markets, including supplier network management and contract optimization.Establish, own and manage high-value supplier agreements (>$1M), ensuring alignment with business growth and brand objectives.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to build future-ready capabilities that resonate with young guests and emerging consumer behaviors.Oversee agency partnerships for licensing and creative development, ensuring impactful marketing partnerships for kids, Gen Alpha and Gen Z audiences.Act as the primary point of contact for supplier and agency negotiations, as well as issue resolution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying in a regional or global context.Experience in toys & merchandise categories is a strong advantage.Familiarity with marketing programs involving licensing, product development, and manufacturing is highly desirable.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or franchise-based business models is a plus.Comfortable working remotely and traveling across EMEA as needed.Restaurants Brands International is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity and inclusion in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
