Contexte et finalité du posteRattaché(e) au département Building & Facilities, vous êtes chargé(e) d’assurer la sécurité et la conformité du siège de Paris (Enjoy), siège d’AXA Group Operations, et d’apporter un appui opérationnel et méthodologique aux responsables sécurité/FM dans d’autres pays (Portugal, Malaisie, etc.).Ce rôle est global :En France, vous définissez, pilotez et mettez en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour garantir la conformité et la sécurité du site.À l’international, vous animez des échanges, relayer et décliner les standards du Groupe, et contribuez à l’élaboration de procédures/process transverses pour AXA GO.Responsabilités principalesSécurité des sites (50% de l’activité)En France (Paris – siège AXA GO)Définir et mettre en œuvre les dispositifs de sécurité du site.Garantir la conformité réglementaire (sécurité incendie, ERP, DUERP, plans de prévention).Piloter les prestataires sécurité (gardiennage, vidéosurveillance, contrôle d’accès, gestion technique du bâtiment)Organiser et suivre les audits, les contrôles périodiques, les formations ainsi que les exercices d’évacuation.Maintenir et actualiser les plans de gestion de crise et de continuitéContribuer occasionnellement à la gestion des accès au bâtiment : entrée/sortie/prolongation etc.À l’international (Portugal, Malaisie, autres sites AXA GO)Animer des échanges réguliers avec les responsables sécurité locale.Relayer et decliner les standards Groupe (Physical Security, Health & Safety).Contribuer à la création de procédures/process transverses pour AXA GO, en lien avec les standards Groupe.Consolider les reporting sécurité et faire remonter les retours terrain.Apporter un support méthodologique et faciliter l’alignement des pratiques.2. Facility Management (50% de l’activité)Appuyer le responsable du site en France sur le suivi et le contrôle des contrats prestataires (sécurité, maintenance, nettoyage, restauration, espaces de travail).Produire des rapports et consolider des indicateurs de suivi de l’utilisation des bâtiments (venue sur site, capteur d’occupation, CSRD, etc.) et proposer des plans d’action.Accompagner des initiatives locales liées à l’efficacité énergétique et aux objectifs ESG.Faciliter la coordination entre prestataires pour garantir la qualité de service.Profil recherchéExpérience et compétences7–10 ans d’expérience en sécurité des sites tertiaires et Facility Management.Expérience confirmée en coordination multi-sites et suivi de prestataires.Maîtrise des réglementations et processus suivants : incendie, audits, DUERP, plans de prévention.Pratique du reporting (Excel, Power BI) et suivi de space management.Anglais courant obligatoire (oral/écrit) ; portugais est un plus.Compétences techniquesNormes incendie (SSI, désenfumage, exercices).Conformité réglementaire : DUERP, plans de prévention, audits, suivi bureaux de contrôle.Contrôle d’accès et sûreté : badges, systèmes, gardiennage.Gestion contractuelle et budgétaire des prestataires FM & sécurité.Analyse & reporting (Excel, Power BI ou équivalent).Appétence pour les systèmes d’information appliqués aux bâtiments (smart building, contrôle d’accès etc.)Connaissance des enjeux ESG et efficacité énergétique.Clarté et adaptabilité dans la communication.Rigueur analytique et capacité à transformer les données en plans d’action.Capacité à fédérer sans autorité hiérarchique.Réactivité face aux imprévus et aptitude à gérer incidents.Aisance dans un environnement international et multiculturel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
