OverviewRoyal Canin DT Europe Demand Functional Lead F/M/X. This role is a Functional Digital Technologies Agile Lead driving change and transformation within Royal Canin Europe. Partners with Global or Regional/Functional Segment leaders for the Demand Function and their teams to define the Royal Canin Digital Strategy and portfolio of high business value change initiatives within Europe. Responsible for all Digital Technologies deliveries supporting the Demand Functional area in Royal Canin Europe.What are we looking for?Bachelor Degree or Equivalent (Digital Technology/IT Degree preferred). MBA or Masters in Business (Desirable).Minimum 3 years working in a Digital Tech related role, depending on scale of the role.Customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with business leaders, DT personnel and project leaders.Excellent Story Telling and communication skills.Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and ability to relate segment priorities to associated technology.Ability to educate non-digitally savvy leadership & staff.Learning agility and desire to learn new technology and business.Excellent written and verbal skills and high interpersonal skills.Experience working across multiple levels of an organization.Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.Management/Senior Management exposure.Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization and influencing without authority.What will be your key responsibilities?Leadership & Strategic Collaboration: Drive alignment and execution of the Demand Digital Technology strategy, partnering closely with senior business and digital leaders across Royal Canin Europe.Digital Expertise & Innovation: Serve as a key subject matter expert and advocate for digital solutions within Demand, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders and project teams.Digital Roadmap & Execution: Drive, prioritise, and align the Demand digital roadmap with regional and global priorities; capture, analyse, and prioritise business Demands, translating them into IT requirements and project proposals; collaborate with Global Digital Delivery teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery; oversee the DT project portfolio for Europe; provide regular updates to senior management.Digital Operations & Optimization: Oversee the regional digital solutions landscape within Demand, ensure governance and operational support; drive simplification, optimisation, and standardisation of digital solutions; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Compliance & Governance: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements; participate in governance forums.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse Associates guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose-driven company focused on building a better tomorrow.Best-in-class learning and development support, including access to Mars University.An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus.Location: Aimargues, Occitanie, France; Montpellier, Castelnau-le-Lez.
