Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Santé au travail Join Alan to build “Santé au travail”, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. About the role You will work with a cross‑functional team and help build the platform from 0 to 1, setting foundations for a major breakthrough in how companies care for employee health at work. You will design AI‑powered experiences, secure data systems and shape product and technical direction with stakeholders. Responsibilities Work on high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment. Create a perfect user experience powered by AI that simplifies member journeys. Design secure systems that protect sensitive medical data. Collaborate with product teams, doctors and operations to shape product and technical strategy. Qualifications Passionate about building delightful products with exceptional UX. Experience with TypeScript and Python, modern web tech. Clear career progression with increasing responsibility. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching. Humble, open to growth at any seniority level. Fluent in English (French not required).
