Responsibilities Strategic planning & execution: identify growth bottlenecks and new market opportunities; define short-term and long-term priorities. Target setting: set bottom-up targets. Performance monitoring: deliver weekly segment performance updates including ARR, churn, and gross profit metrics. Product marketing & channel enablement: provide market intelligence on personas, dynamics, pain points, and needs; maintain continuous customer insights; craft differentiated value propositions; empower channel owners across paid ads, SEO, partnerships and referrals; evaluate channel proposals; accelerate channels with rapid deep-dives and segment-specific assets. Product & Data: surface segment-specific feature requirements and analytics needs; improve performance dashboards with AI & Data team assistance; collaborate on cross-functional topics to ensure segment profitability. Is it you we’re looking for? At least 5 years of experience in product marketing. Experience in strategic business development and/or go-to-market is a plus. Full French and English fluency (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and using AI for data analysis. Entrepreneurial & growth mindset; self-starter in a fast-moving environment. Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics; ability to reason about profitability. Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working with small business and individual customer segments is a plus.
