The role is business-facing, focusing on KPI definition, data storytelling, and adoption. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver dashboards using Power BI (reference technology) • Contribute to dashboards built in CRM Analytics (Salesforce / Tableau) • Define KPIs with business stakeholders and Data Product Owners • Ensure dashboard clarity, usability, performance, and adoption • Maintain and evolve existing dashboards • Support users in interpreting data and insights • Coordinate with Data Product and Data Engineering teams Required Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in Power BI (modeling, DAX, performance) • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with CRM Analytics / Salesforce (strong advantage) • Proven experience delivering business dashboards • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders • Confirmed to senior profile required (autonomous, no junior profiles)
