ITD Project Manager, Agent Scaling

OverviewITD Project Manager responsible to coordinate, plan and deliver the Agent Scaling for Industrialized Delivery in Several Markets. This role is responsible for leading a complex, high-impact project across different functions and geographies, ensuring that the Agents are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires project management expertise, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills.AccountabilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Manage project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership and teams.Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties.Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts when necessary.Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues.Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Escalate critical risks or issues to leadership when required.Maintain a risk register and ensure proactive management.Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver outcomes.Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members.Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for deliverables.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in project management or related roles.Strong experience in SW Delivery projects.Experience in AI projects is welcome.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.Experience working in cross-border, global, or matrix organizations.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Why choose us?It’s an exciting time to be part of our team.
