You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and security across our Windows-based systems and services.The second part is a highly skilled Active Directory Expert to manage, secure, and optimize our enterprise identity infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, Azure AD, and related identity/access technologies. You will play a key role in maintaining secure and reliable identity services across a hybrid / cloud-first environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.Implement and maintain Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms.Monitor and ensure the health and security of server infrastructure.Perform regular system updates, patch management, and system hardening.Handle backup and disaster recovery planning using tools such as Windows Server Backup and Semperis AD backup solution.Implement automation using PowerShell scripting.Support Microsoft Azure integrations as needed.Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure cohesive IT operations.Document system architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory environments (on-prem and Azure AD).Design and implement Group Policies, OU structures, and delegation models.Manage and monitor AD replication, domain controllers, trust relationships, and FSMO roles.Troubleshoot authentication, login, and permission issues across multiple domains.Implement and manage identity federation services (e.g., ADFS, Azure AD Connect, SSO).Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for identity management.Perform audits and produce reports on account usage, permissions, and policy compliance.Collaborate with IT security teams on identity governance and risk mitigation.Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for AD services.Stay current with emerging trends in identity management, especially Zero Trust and cloud integration.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration.Proven experience (5+ years) managing enterprise-level Windows Server environments.Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) and AD architecture.Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune.Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Kerberos protocols.Experience with Group Policy, AD Sites and Services, and replication troubleshooting.Working knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, Privileged Access Management (PAM Cyberark).Experience with Azure AD Connect, DirSync, and hybrid identity management.Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices.Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi).Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures.Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, MCSE, MCSA).Recruitment process: 3 interviews.
