Mission The position of Data Governance Consultant at DataGalaxy involves proactive management of customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and ongoing success. As Data Governance Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address issues, and maximize the value derived from DataGalaxy by providing advices. Managing a client portfolio in collaboration with Account Managers Support them on a daily basis in the use of the product Analyze and prioritize the needs Assist with implementation and best practices Ensure their loyalty to increase account revenue through upselling Answering technical and product questions to help clients get the most out of DataGalaxy Evaluating user experience and recommending improvements Contributing to strategic account committees Auditing, analyzing, and documenting use cases to provide insights for Product, Marketing, Sales, and clients Monitoring platform usage indicators (healthcheck) and customer satisfaction metrics to drive retention, account growth Collaborating with the Product team (customer feedback and requests) Creating and maintaining content, deliverables, and best practices Managing and animating the user community (User Groups on-site & virtual) Profile At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within data and information management (e.g., data governance, data quality) Strong ability to assess the Data Governance market and articulate DataGalaxy's unique value Proficiency in statistical analysis and measurement techniques Expertise in data modelling and inter-application architecture Functional knowledge: data modelling, inter-application architectures Fluency in English and French Bonus: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, Business Intelligence (ETL), and Data Visualization (REST API) Who you are You're able to communicate effectively and simplify complex concepts to ensure understanding among various internal and external stakeholders of the company You have a strong ability to analyze and understand customer needs Business oriented: capability to identify / show the added value of the solution and the support You're customer & service oriented A collaborative team player with a strong sense of teamwork You have exceptional customer relationship management skillsul> Pedagogical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous DataGalaxy offers a number of advantages Offices in the heart of Lyon and Paris Flexible working hours ("forfait jour") Remote work at will & 2.70€ net per day worked from home 2 weeks of working from anywhere Health insurance Apicil covering you and your family Meal vouchers (Swile card of 9€/day) Public transport 50% reimbursement, 100% reimbursement for your bike subscription Holiday Bonus Quarterly team events and seminars An attractive remuneration according to your performance and your potential A real opportunity to join a French start-up that is a pioneer in its market Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
