Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is dedicated to advancing cancer diagnostics to improve lives. In this Digital Pathology Product Specialist role for EMEA, you will collaborate with the Digital Pathology Business Unit to provide top-tier instrument quality reporting, training, and 2nd‑level escalation support, ensuring smooth implementation and customer success across complex projects. Responsibilities Provide advanced remote and on‑site escalation support for Digital Pathology products to the EMEA Selling Units, minimizing customer downtime and driving revenue opportunities. Lead activities and coordinate with internal teams such as Selling Unit 2nd‑Level Support and the Business Unit. Support large, complex implementations and customers within direct and indirect regions. Disseminate technical memos, bulletins and related information; host recurring Service Excellence calls to share trends, changes and best practices. Collaborate with product management, R&D, manufacturing and other BU departments to review and maintain instrument quality reporting, proactively identify declining quality trends and develop counter‑measures. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, mentor and train team members to improve EMEA Sales Units Service Organization performance. Essential Requirements Field Service Engineering experience with an associate degree or equivalent technical specialist work experience. Medical laboratory experience. Strong time‑management and service‑call productivity skills. Analytical technical acumen with ability to troubleshoot complex system operations. Proficiency with test equipment used in field‑service support. Experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining digital pathology instruments is a plus. Travel & Physical Requirements Must travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight stays as required. Accepted Motor Vehicle Record and physical/environmental prerequisites as applicable to the role. Languages Fluency in English and French is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
