We are looking for our future Odoo Finance Expert (Senior Business Analyst): someone who understands the challenges, structures solutions, and turns finance (general and analytical accounting, closings, reporting, management control, cash flow, invoicing/collection, basic taxation) into a lever for management and growth. Your role: Transforming financial challenges into operational performance Customer relations Autonomy Technical expertise Responsibilities Analyze and challenge accounting/management processes, propose optimizations and Odoo settings aligned with the business. Facilitate structured workshops: set the framework, prioritize, arbitrate, and engage stakeholders. Write and manage functional specifications: clear specifications, documentation, requirements for smooth implementation. Train and empower: tailored support and training, best practices, adoption. Skills required Proficiency in Odoo and configuration for complex requirements, or solid experience in accounting/management control on another ERP (with a willingness to quickly learn Odoo). Project experience: requirements gathering, process modeling, specifications, change management. Excellent communication: translating technical concepts into professional language, structuring, clarifying, convincing. Professional French and English. Solution-oriented: anticipate, propose, secure, resolve sustainably. Nice to have Odoo certification (or official training course) and/or significant Odoo Finance project references Good understanding of integration topics (banks, OCR/invoices, e-invoicing/EDI, BI) and ability to coordinate flows with a technical team. Knowledge of French specifics: VAT, cut-off, FEC, electronic invoicing (at least the general framework). Concrete impact: you will work on Odoo ERP projects where the objective is operational performance (smoother closings, reliable reporting, better control of invoicing, enhanced management).
