Head of Oracle Technologies at Next Ventures We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain domains. The successful candidate will oversee implementation, integration, and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role requiring excellent stakeholder management, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, and strong project delivery expertise in an international business context. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Plan, lead, and execute full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and enhancements (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.). Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors/system integrators. Governance & Reporting: Define and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies; deliver regular status reports to steering committees. Team Leadership: Coordinate internal and external project resources; provide direction and motivation to ensure successful outcomes. Change Management: Support business readiness, training, and adoption activities; ensure smooth transition to production and post‑go‑live support. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize Oracle ERP processes and enhance system usage across global business units. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in ERP project management. At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Applications). Proven track record of managing full lifecycle ERP implementations, ideally within complex multinational environments. Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, SCM, HCM); familiarity with integration and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Languages: Professional proficiency in French (required). Preferred Qualifications Experience with global Oracle ERP rollouts or multi‑country deployments. Familiarity with related Oracle technologies (EPM Cloud, OIC, VBCS). Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Pharma). Certification: Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation or Project Management Professional (PMP / Prince2 Practitioner). #J-18808-Ljbffr
