Brady is looking for a Senior Magento / PHP Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our global ecommerce platforms. This is a senior-level role for an experienced engineer who thrives on ownership, is passionate about modern web technologies, and enjoys mentoring junior team members. As a senior contributor, you will be a key driver in shaping architecture, promoting engineering best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance ecommerce solutions that serve our global customer base.Key Responsibilities :Take ownership of technical design and implementation of ecommerce solutions using PHP, Magento, and modern JavaScript frameworks.Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members; conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.Drive improvements to code quality, scalability, and system architecture.Automate systems administration tasks and develop tools to streamline development workflows.Analyze system performance metrics and propose optimizations for better reliability and customer experience.Ensure uptime and performance of customer-facing services; participate in support and troubleshooting as needed.Champion modern development practices including DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud-native architecture.Your Profile :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of professional web development experience.Strong hands-on experience with PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks.Proven experience in Magento (Adobe Commerce) development.Excellent debugging, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Proficient with Git and experience in collaborative, version-controlled development environments.Experience with CI / CD systems like AWS CodePipeline or Jenkins.Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.Preferred :Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures and performance optimization.Familiarity with security best practices in cloud / web applications.Contributions to open source or Magento community projects are a plus.We offer :This position is available immediately on a full-time permanent contract in Roncq.
