AI Video Prompter – Creator-Led AI Content for Global Brands At Ramdam, we help top global brands produce short-form video ads at scale. We’re now looking for AI Video Prompters who can turn ideas and briefs into authentic, human-looking videos using the latest AI tools (Sora2, Veo, Runway, etc.). Your job is to prompt and direct AI tools to generate videos that look like real UGC — raw, emotional, and creative, not clean or overproduced. You’ll bring your creative instincts, humor, and sense of storytelling to make each video feel truly human. Responsibilities: Read and interpret creative briefs from advertisers. Use AI video tools (Sora2, Veo, Runway, etc.) to generate short-form videos. Craft prompts that ensure a real UGC aesthetic — spontaneous, imperfect, and natural. Deliver multiple creative variations for testing and iteration. Requirements: Strong creative instincts and understanding of short-form video trends. Familiarity with AI video generation tools (experience with Sora, Veo, Runway, Pika, or similar is a plus). Ability to follow a brief while injecting personality and creativity. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-working.
