By combining GIS, AI / ML, IoT, and mobile technologies, the solution drives major improvements in safety, quality, cost, and schedule for the solar industry. Construct has supported morethan 16+ GW of projects from leading owners and EPCs.The RoleTerabase’s DevOps is a member of the Software Platform & Applications Team, reporting to the Head of Software Platform & Applications. Team responsibilities will also include ownership of internal‑facing projects and programs that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and developer experience across all Terabase teams.We are looking for an experienced DevOps who can solve complex problems, write high‑quality code and contribute to a team of engineers. To succeed in this position, you must be an experienced technologist and a team member who is pleasant and rewarding to work with.Our new DevOps will be asked to actively collaborate with other engineering teams located in the United States as well as with our external software development partners centered in Belgrade, Serbia.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications3-5 years' experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or similar rolesBS in Computer ScienceDesign / development / testing experience delivering complex software / digital product solutions into commercial / industrial projectsProficiency in cloud-hosted software environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) – we are primarily an AWS shopProficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, RubyProficiency in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) concepts and techniquesExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation toolsSolid understanding of networking, security principles, and Linux / Unix systems administrationExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar platformsFinOps experienceAbility to work remotely and to work with distributed teams in various time zonesProficient written and verbal English communication skillsUnderstanding of and experience in unit testing and test‑driven development.Solid understanding of agile workflow management process and software product lifecycleGood understanding of ‘gitflow’ source code management development techniques and processPreferred QualificationsMS in Computer Science or equivalent academic / industry experience / trainingExpertise in cybersecurityExperience with microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.Knowledge of database administration and performance tuningStartup company experience with a focus on building new products and accessing new marketsBenefitsGenerous time off and holiday policyRemote flexibilityFlexible time offComprehensive benefits packageCareer progression401k matchStock optionsHome office set up allowanceAnd much moreTerabase is an equal opportunity employer.
