Overview Our Client, an UHNW American family with residences in Paris and Bali, is seeking a Nanny / PA to join their team. The children are two boys, 11 and 12, and a 5 year old girl. The main focus for this role will be on the two older boys. The family leads an international life, with home-schooling in Paris and travel to Bali in March to restart at a school there for the term. The household style is semi-formal but both principals are approachable. The 5 year old's schedule is mostly managed by other staff, so the role will primarily concentrate on the two older children. The ideal candidate will have relevant background working with children in a private household and possess proven core PA experience to manage the organization side of the role. The children speak English and French, so French speaking is desirable but not essential. Experience with child-related sports or schooling could be an asset. Responsibilities Provide nanny/PA support with a focus on the two older children (11 and 12) while the 5 year old’s schedule is supported by other staff. Coordinate and oversee the children’s social and extracurricular activities and travel logistics, including international travel to Bali and Paris timelines. Support homeschooling arrangements and schooling transitions as needed, in line with the family’s private household setting. Assist with general household organization, scheduling, and communication with other staff to maintain a seamless flow of daily activities. Maintain professional boundaries and flexible working hours, with travel and time off as arranged; typically five days a week. Liaise with principals and stakeholders, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Experience working with children within a private household and proven PA/administrative skills. Ability to manage scheduling, travel, and logistics in a high-demand environment. Languages: English and French are preferred; English-only is acceptable. Background in child-related sports or schooling is a plus. Flexible with hours and willing to travel; understands professional boundaries. Logistics & Benefits Accommodation provided wherever the family is based: separate staff accommodation in Paris; for Bali, hotel or long-term accommodation arranged.
