The Role – What You’ll Do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance enterprise SaaS applications. You will work closely with Product, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable solutions for global clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing complex software solutions for enterprise SaaS platforms Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or similar) Building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and integrations with third‑party systems Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability across multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid) Collaborating with DevOps and Security teams to ensure secure, compliant, and automated deployment pipelines Participating in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision‑making Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices across the global engineering team Ensuring quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation About You – What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 7+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments Fluency in English, French, and German (verbal and written), additional languages a plus Strong expertise in Java, C#, Python, or equivalent enterprise programming languages Hands‑on experience with cloud architectures, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API design Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems Knowledge of databases, both relational and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with agile development, sprint planning, and collaborative software workflows Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers This role is ideal for a highly skilled, multilingual Senior Software Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise SaaS environments, enjoys solving challenging technical problems, and can influence the architecture and strategy of global software products.
