As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention.Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processesKYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learningWe are seeking a proactiveSysOps Engineer to join our dynamic, multicultural team at SignaturitIn this role, you are going to build our Hybrid Cloud Platform, build our DevOps tool chain, collaborate with development teams, product teams and customer success teams.This role is centered on managing, maintaining, and securing our on-premises infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.You will work closely with various teams to implement robust systems and network solutions, supporting our operational excellence and security objectives.If you are passionate about infrastructure, managing servers and hypervisors, we’d love to hear from youWhat you will do at Signaturit Infrastructure Management:Deploy, configure, and maintain on-premises servers and networking equipment. You will also be able to manage our cloud infrastructure (AWS) depending on your interest and the team needs.Ensure the operational readiness of critical systems and maintain high availability.Security & Compliance:Implement and manage security protocols as per industry standards (including ETSI EN 319 401).Act as the trusted point of contact for the administration of systems for our Certification Authority (AC) and Timestamping Authority.Operational Excellence:Monitor system performance and set up proactive, evolving supervision solutions.Handle incident management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure rapid recovery.Develop and maintain backup, monitoring, and self-healing systems to support continuous operations.Documentation & Collaboration:Participate in the writing and maintenance of technical architecture documents and operational procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices in system operations, security, and continuous improvement.What we believe should contribute to your success in this context You have a master degree and at least 5 years experience as a SysOps Engineer.Technical Expertise:Strong background in on-premises infrastructure management, including server operation (Linux/Windows) and network administration (TCP/IP, VPN).Proficiency with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).Experience with proactive monitoring tools (Datadog, Zabbix, Nagios).Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically Nutanix and VMware hypervisors, for deploying, configuring, and maintaining virtual environments.Security & Compliance:Demonstrated understanding of IT security practices and the ability to implement operational security measures.Familiarity with standards such as ETSI EN 319 401 and experience in managing sensitive operations for certification and timestamping authorities.Problem Solving & Teamwork:Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.Ability to do on-call hours with the team (once per month rotation max)Communication:Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Interview process (indicative, may require additional stages if required)HR Discovery Call (30 min)1st interview with our business (direct report)Business case2nd interview with our business & business case feedbackReference checkWhy Join Us Flexible hybrid work set up Flexible working hours and A framework status with RTT Health Insurance 100% covered️ Meal Vouchers (Ticket restaurants)️ Tailor-made onboarding and skills development program Regular events to maintain a good atmosphereJoin Our Vision Be part of Signaturit Group's journey to revolutionize digital transactions across Europe and beyond.
