Senior Solution Architect – AI Join Treasure Data to lead presales initiatives, shaping the technical architecture of our customer data platform (CDP) solutions with a focus on data‑driven marketing concepts and advanced AI. Your Role As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be a pivotal force in our presales initiatives, presenting the product, handling customer objections, and executing technical win strategies. Your expertise in designing and building AI Agents using Treasure Data’s LLM Framework and external AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) will be key to closing deals. You will collaborate across teams to enhance our offerings and deliver value to customers. Responsibilities Build and deliver marquee demos showcasing the CDP’s business value. Handle majority of customer objections and seek assistance when necessary. Execute use‑case ideation sessions, workshops, and custom solutions incorporating vertical insights. Develop and execute technical win strategies for sales opportunities. Run Proof of Concept check‑ins and appropriately scope success criteria. Prototype and demonstrate AI‑driven solutions and multi‑agent workflows using leading LLMs integrated with the Treasure Data platform. Lead services scoping exercises. Contribute to cross‑functional projects and initiatives within the region. Deliver internal enablement and occasionally participate in external talks, webinars, and keynotes. Provide regular product feedback to product management teams. Present at Solution Consultant and all‑GTM team enablements. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar presales role. 3+ years of solution architecture experience focused on complex data architectures and large‑scale data platforms. Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools (ETL, APIs, pipelines). Proficiency in modern data processing technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, real‑time streaming, and data lakes. Hands‑on experience integrating or orchestrating LLMs to build AI agents or automation workflows. Experience with machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics, especially in marketing and data science. Track record of delivering technical solutions in a client‑facing role and communicating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to handle customer objections and engage in solution‑focused discussions. Experience executing workshops and technical win strategies. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Self‑motivated with a drive for continuous learning. Fluency in both French and English is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation systems. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark). Previous experience in the marketing or SaaS industry, especially with data‑driven marketing solutions. Certifications in cloud platforms, solution architecture, data engineering or data science. Physical Requirements Working out of the France office according to our Global Hybrid Working Policy. Travel Requirements Requires peaks of 40% travel to visit clients.
