Job Description Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the MMS EMEA organization by developing and automating dashboards and reports, integrating data sources, and driving analytics that enable strategic decisions. Expertise in Power BI is essential, along with strong analytical and data management skills. Experience in pricing and business intelligence is a plus but not mandatory. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and help standardize reporting processes to monitor performance and drive business results. Job Description Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes to enhance visibility and management of the MMS Hospital EMEA business (e.g. tracking and performance, trends, market data and insights, leading indicators, country dashboards, etc.) Work closely with the EMEA hub and regional leaders to define reporting, analytics, and operating models that enable decision making and strong business performance Work closely with other analysts across EMEA to drive standardization in processes, where possible Collaborate with the finance organization to support regular business review, drive forecasting processes and forecast accuracy, support budgeting processes, etc. Automate reports and streamline data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across EMEA Skills And Competencies Expertise in Power BI for building, automating, and optimizing dashboards and reports. Experience with data integration and process automation (e.g., connecting multiple data sources, APIs). Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance principles. Knowledge of Power Query and DAX for advanced data manipulation. Strong analytical and data management skills.
