We’re seeking a Country Deployment Lead to oversee all aspects of deploying a dynamic and impactful ERP and associated applications implementation programme. This role is an exceptional opportunity to merge your expertise with cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our organisation’s processes and drive future growth. And it’s not just about deploying systems – it’s about leading change. You will be the catalyst for transformation, ensuring that people, processes, and technology align to deliver lasting impact. Your leadership in change management will be key to enabling adoption, minimizing disruption, and embedding new ways of working across the organization. Responsibilities Leads the in-market execution of deployment, acting as the single point of contact between the global and regional programme teams, and the local TMICC team Supports the mobilisation and alignment of local functional deployment SMEs, ensuring they are briefed, resourced, and prepared for Local Design Owns market-level deployment planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery against programme timelines Represents the market in governance forums, providing status updates, escalating blockers, and ensuring dependencies across workstreams are managed Ensures appropriate backfill, data quality work, and operational readiness planning is underway and integrated with global cutover and Hypercare plans Reports to the Regional Deployment Lead, and manages all in-market functional leads (e.g. SC & Direct Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Data) All About You Proven track record of a leadership role in a cross-functional deployment or transformation project including systems implementation. Strong programme management skills: planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making. Familiarity with Ice Cream operations and local market processes across commercial, supply chain, and finance. Ability to lead effectively in ambiguous environments, influence without formal authority, and drive accountability across diverse teams, combined with strong leadership and team management capabilities. Experience with SAP, ERP or similar systems; ideally with IT deployment projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in governance forums and with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree and project management certification preferred.
