Duties May Include:Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidentsPerform root cause analysis for operational incidentsAnalyze system performance and take corrective actions as neededAssist Tier 2 with resolving complex system and end user problemsCoordinate with mission partners, consumer applications, and other external entities in troubleshooting enterprise incidents and integration problemsCollect data, identify and analyze trends in Operational Incidents, and provide suggestions to mitigate common issuesWork closely with Ops Tech Lead and Development Lead to identify baseline enhancements to improve operational stabilityWork with deployment and ISP teams to support baseline deployments to operationsWillingness to support off-hour calls to assist in troubleshooting when high priority operational incidents occurRequired:BS degree and 6 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to quickly learn new software and IT conceptsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsSelf-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independentlyIntimately familiar with the COTS products that the program leverages: Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, Apache webgates, and Computer Associates (CA) API GatewayExperience scripting in a Linux environment using Shell and BashDeep understanding and background in COTS integration and custom code developmentExperience in at least one of the following languages:BashPythonJavaNodeJSLocal to DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) with ability to be physically present at the team’s work location in ChantillyStrong interpersonal skills and proven track record of leading technical teams, conveying technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiencesCandidate must be able to physically be in Chantilly, VA a minimum of 4 days a week to work with the team with occasional meetings in Reston and/or Springfield, VAAll candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the positionSecurity+ certification within 60 days of hireDesired:Kubernetes experience using Rancher RKE2 or OpenshiftStrong understanding of containersExperience containerizing existing custom softwareKnowledge of common DevOps tools such as:AnsibleArgoCDGitlabNexus3KubernetesCertifications in any of the following:RHCSA/RHCEAWS Solutions Architect/DevOps EngineerCKA/CKADFamiliarity with modern authentication flows such as SAML, OAuth2 and OIDCAt Trinity Global Consulting (TGC), we value our employees and provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage – Coverage for eligible employees and family through CareFirst and VSP.Paid Time Off – PTO granted in accordance with contract requirements.Paid Holidays – 11 federal holidays observed annually.Disability & Life Insurance – Short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D coverage included.401(k) Retirement Plan – Competitive plan managed through Ameritas.Professional Training – Formal training provided as required, with additional learning opportunities based on role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
