Elle permet aux conseillers financiers de proposer à leurs clients particuliers des opportunités dans des fonds de non coté (private equity, dette privée, actifs réels...) jusque-là réservés aux investisseurs institutionnels.Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Head of Fund Operations and Portfolio Monitoring – Private Equity, en CDI, basé(e) à Paris.Missions principales :Diriger et optimiser l'ensemble des opérations liées aux fonds de Private EquitySuperviser la gestion opérationnelle des fonds, incluant la gestion des flux financiers, la gestion des investissements, le suivi des investisseurs, et la gestion des risques.Élaborer et diffuser des rapports précis et transparents à destination des investisseurs. Cela comprend la préparation des états financiers périodiques, des rapports de performance, des analyses des risques, et des valorisations des actifs.Superviser le suivi et l’analyse des portefeuilles investis, en assurant la conformité, la performance et la gestion des risques.Mettre en œuvre des processus rigoureux pour le monitoring des investissements, la valorisation des actifs et la valorisation des fonds.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’investissement, conformité, finance, et juridique.Piloter la relation avec les partenaires externes (auditeurs, valorisateurs, banques dépositaires, consultants..).Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels, notamment dans un contexte de diversification ou d’expansion des fonds.Encadrement d’une équipe dédiée aux opérations et au monitoring de portefeuille.Profil recherché :Diplôme supérieur en finance, gestion ou équivalent, avec spécialisation en Private Equity ou gestion d’actifs.Expérience confirmée (minimum 10 ans) dans la gestion opérationnelle de fonds de Private Equity avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion de fonds retail.Bonne connaissance des réglementations applicables aux fonds de Private Equity et aux fonds retail.Maîtrise des outils de gestion de portefeuilles, valorisation d’actifs et reporting financier.Capacités avérées en gestion d’équipe, coordination transversale, et communication avec des investisseurs.Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
