Project Manager – Data Centre (French-speaking)Location: France / Remote(Travel requirements to customer sites when necessary)We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in data centre projects, and a strong commitment to delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage data centre projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specificationsCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define clear project goals, requirements, and technical specificationsDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, keeping all stakeholders updated on progressConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and address potential risks, providing effective solutionsEnsure full compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycleProvide technical expertise on aspects of data centre construction, including design reviews, feasibility studies, and value engineeringMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptlyPrepare and manage detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final close-out reportsStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data centre development, construction, and managementQualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or data centre industry, with a preference for candidates with consultancy experienceStrong technical knowledge of Data Centre Design and Construction.Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essentialExcellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
